Returns & exchanges

Returns can be made by contacting us within 14 days of delivery with an email to info@tillyandtype.com (please do not try to request a refund via our social media pages!). You must provide a reason for your return, and please understand that customers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value. Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery, and refunds will only be processed once the item has returned to us.

We don't accept exchanges or cancellations due to change of mind at this time, but if you have any problems with your order then please contact us as soon as possible at info@tillyandtype.com

 

Gift orders

All orders are posted with a personalised message to you written by hand on our pink notecards!

For any items you wish to mark as a gift, you can leave a message at checkout to be written as the note instead. Please note that our orders never include any invoices or pricing stickers, so you don't need to worry about that, however for international orders we are often required to state the value of the order on the outside of the package.

When purchasing our gift wrap, items will be neatly wrapped in kraft paper and twine, with some cute drawings on the wrapping by hand! Again, you can feel free to request a message for your wrapping by leaving a message at checkout.

Please note that we cannot mark your parcel as a gift on a customs form even if you have purchased it as a gift for someone. We will always disclose the item price and description ("stationery goods") on customs forms as is required.

 

Shipping options (Australia)

For all orders within Australia, items are shipped by Australia Post as parcels and tracking is provided (you will receive email notifications). You can choose between Standard or Express shipping, or otherwise for orders over $20 AUD, you will get an upgrade to free Standard shipping!

 

Shipping options (International)

For all International orders, items are shipped by Australia Post as parcels; you can choose between:

  • International Standard Shipping (no tracking)
  • International Express Shipping (tracking included)

Otherwise, spend over $50 AUD to get an upgrade to free International Standard Shipping, which will include tracking. For any queries about when your parcel will arrive, you can always email info@tillyandtype.com for help.

 

Estimated delivery times

All orders are posted out within 1-3 business days, but the time it takes for your parcel to be delivered will vary based on your location. Please remember that once your order is with the postal system, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays that may affect your parcel, however you can contact us if you have any concerns.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Canada: 4-8 weeks
  • North America: 3-6 weeks
  • Europe, United Kingdom: 3-6 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-10 business days 

    Custom orders

    Unfortunately at this time we don't take custom orders, however we are looking at introducing personalisation options later on! Make sure to sign up to our newsletter for updates of new products and offers.
